Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek offers spectacular mountain scenery along side charming villages colonised notably by the gurungs and Magars, dense superb forests filled with birds and deep sub-tropical valleys, all set below the Annapurnas with the picturesque peak of Machhapuchhare (Fishtail) dominating the skyline.This trek is relatively easy because it takes you only up to 3210m at its highest point on Poon Hill.

This famous trekking route start from Pokhara. We take a short drive to Nayapool and commence trek to Birethanti which is the gateway for Annapurna Base Camp. After complete the trekking entry permit procedure. We follow the left direction towards the Thikedunga, Ulleri, Banthati & finally reach the Ghorepani. Next day early morning, we proceed the Sunrise & Mountain view from Poonhill which is 3210m high from the sea level. Continue trek down hills towards the Tadapani, Ghandruk village & finally to the Pokhara.

DETAILS ITINERARY: Day 01 - Arrive Kathmandu Arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport and meet and greed with our representative, Transfer to hotel. Rest of the day free for your own leisure. Trekking permit process and overnight at hotel.
Day 02 - Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Leave for full day sightseeing in Kathmandu valley includes the Hindu temple complex at Pashupatinath (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) & the biggest Buddhist Stupa at Boudhanath.Also visit Monkey Temple the Swyambhunath (2000years old temple) and visit Patan city of fine arts.Back to hotel and stay.
Day 03 - Fly or Drive to Pokhara Early morning we drive for Pokhara by tourist bus, by car or flight. Check in hotel. Rest of the day free for explore leisure. Overnight at hotel
TREKKING: Day 04 - Drive FROM POKHARA TO Nayapul to Ulleri [2000m] & TREK to GHOREPANI: Early Morning, Drive from Pokhara to Ulleri (2000m) Approx. 3 Hrs by Jeep via Nayapool, Birethanti Village situated along the Modi River. people are very friendly and series of four water fall provide excellent swimming. The trails ascends to Tikhedunga & then Ulleri. Actual our trekking begins from here to Ghorepani Village (6 Hrs)
Ghorepani is one of the most popular village along the Annapurna Circuit. Many trekkers, who do nothave enough time to trek the whole circuit, Still make it is Ghorepani to view a magnificent panorama of the Himalayas peaks. It is actually situated the ridge separating the valley of kali Gandaki from the valley of Modi river and is one of the highest point along the whole trek if you do not have include the Thorang pass. Almost all of village are Magars.
Day 05 - SUNRISE & MOUNTAIN VIEWS SIGHTSEEING & TREK TO GHANDRUK VILLAGE VIA TADAPANI Early morning your guide will take you to Poonhill excursion (3210m) one hour climb. One can have the excellent views of peaks of himalayas and inspinning best views of Rhododendron flowers in itsvicinity or in the trail in between Ghorepani and Tadapani. The red one called "Lali Guras" is the national flower of Nepal.
Similarly, Ghandrung (2012m) it is the most interesting tribal Gurung village in Nepal, which has provided Gorkha Soldiers. It has excellent close views of AnnapurnaSouth, Machapuchhre and Himalchuli.
Day 06 - Trek to Nayapool and Drive to Pokhara Descend to Nayapool and drive back to Pokhara. Short Visit Pokhara Sightseeing. overnight at hotel.
END TREK: Day 07 - Fly or Drive to Kathmandu Return back to Kathmandu by tourist coach or flight. Overnight at hotel
Day 08 - Depart Kathmandu. Service End Departure transfer to airport for your onward destination.
