Mardi Himal Base Camp Trek

TOUR DESCRIPTION:
Mardi Himal, considered the best footpath in the Annapurna region. Every year thousands of internal and external tourists go trekking in Annapurna region. There are many trekking routes within the Annapurna. Mardi Himal Base Camp Route is considered to be the best for trekking. Vacation time Somehow it had to be put to good use. Especially on vacation.

The visitors have to reach the base camp of Mardi Mountain via a trekking track. While reaching the base camp, you explore tranquil trekking trails passing through ethnic villages and lush forests of rhododendron, pine and oak. You will trek witnessing stunning views of Mardi Himal, Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, and Annapurna ranges. The base camp is situated at 4,100 meters from sea level.

Mardi Himal Treks HOW TO GET THERE:
Our first day journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara will be begins by regular tourist coach which is run every morning at 7.00 am and it takes about 7 hour to reach Pokhara. After Pokhara, We process to drive further one more hour to Kande village which is the actual trekking start point for the Mardi Himal. Short hike from Kande village to Australian Camp (2 hour) and spend for 0vernight halt. You can have great mountain views of the Annapurna Himalayan Range from here.

Next Day, early morning we set our program for Sunrise & Mountain Views, After Breakfast, Leaving Australian Camp to Forest Camp via Pothana, Preetam Deurali. Day Third, Trek to High Camp and continue another day to Base Camp & back to High Camp. Next Day, Process return back Sidding via Forest Camp. And finally Drive back to Pokhara from Siding by local Jeep.

TREKKING:
# DAY 03: Drive to Pokhara by Tourist Bus / Short Drive from Pokhara to Kade Village & Hike Australian Camp.
# DAY 04: Morning - Sunrise & Mountain View - After Breakfast - Hike to Forest Camp via Preetam Deurali.
# DAY 05: Morning Breakfast - Trek from Forest Camp to High Camp.
# DAY 06: Breakfast - Trek to Base Camp from High Camp & Return Back Low Camp.
# DAY 07: Breakfast - Continue Trek to Sidding Village from Low Camp & Drive to Pokhara. If reach early.

END & DEPATURE:
# DAY 08: Breakfast - Drive to Kathmandu by Tourist Bus & Transfer to Hotel. Free time for Shopping.
# DAY 09: Breakfast - Trnasfer to International Airport for the final Departure. Service End.

FULL DETAILS ITINERARY:
1. Kathmandu to Pokhara (Drive or Flight):
Start your journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara, either by a scenic flight or a drive through picturesque landscapes.

2. Pokhara to Deurali::
Drive from Pokhara to Kande and trek to Deurali (2100m). The trek begins with gentle uphill through villages and forests.

3. Deurali to Forest Camp (Kokar)::
Trek through rhododendron and oak forests to Forest Camp (2600m), also known as Kokar.
4. Forest Camp to Low Camp:
Continue through the forest and emerge at Low Camp (2970m), where you can enjoy panoramic views of Machhapuchhre and Mardi Himal.

5. Low Camp to High Camp:
Trek to High Camp (3540m), passing through more open landscapes and getting closer to the towering peaks.

6. High Camp to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4500m) and back to High Camp:
Hike up to Mardi Himal Base Camp for breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks, including Annapurna South and Hiunchuli. Return to High Camp for overnight stay.

7. High Camp to Siding Village:
Descend back through the forest to Siding Village (1280m), a traditional Gurung settlement.

8. Siding Village to Lumre and Drive to Pokhara:
Trek down to Lumre and drive back to Pokhara. Relax and celebrate your trekking achievements in this beautiful lakeside city.

9. Pokhara to Kathmandu (Drive or Flight):
Return to Kathmandu from Pokhara, reminiscing about the awe-inspiring mountains and experiences of the Mardi Himal Trek.

Tourist of all nationalities including Indians, who are interested to visit general trekking areas, are required to receives TIMS Card & Conservation Fee through one of the following offices - NTB & TAAN OFFICE, KATHMANDU & POKHARA.
